Right of Withdrawal

Important note: The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers (private end customers). There is no statutory right of withdrawal for business purchases (B2B).

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely, in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not delivered on a physical medium (such as a software license key sent by email), if we have begun performance of the contract after you have:

expressly agreed that we may begin performance of the contract before the withdrawal period has expired,
acknowledged that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract has begun, and
received from us, before performance began, a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (e.g. by email) recording your consent and acknowledgement.

If any of these three conditions is not met, your right of withdrawal remains in place.

Statutory Warranty

Independently of the right of withdrawal, the statutory warranty under the Austrian Consumer Warranty Act (VGG) applies to the software as a digital service. For details see our Terms & Conditions, section A 6.
